We’re here to support you in your journey toward footstep reeducation, with clear guidance on how to use and care for your StarFeet. StarFeet must be used WITHOUT footwear, to preserve the function of the body weight redirector.
It’s essential to follow the recommended usage frequency to achieve the desired results:
Use your STARFEET for 10 to 60 minutes per day, at least 4 days a week.
Do not exceed one hour per session.
Use them no more than twice a day.
Do not exceed 90 minutes of total daily use.

Additionally, we recommend the following care tips to extend the durability of your StarFeet:
Do not use them for long periods on very rough surfaces such as asphalt, unfinished concrete floors, etc.
Wash them by hand or in a washing machine, but always with the Velcro straps closed.

We know that the effectiveness of STARFEET increases when frequent use is complemented with specific exercises.

Passive use to decompress, release, rehabilitate, and recover your feet.
|
Active use to improve your footstep and optimize support in ankles, knees, and spine.
|
Active use to strengthen and train your feet, improving the dynamics of your gait.
|
By meeting the minimum suggested activity, the new footstep habit is built and the reeducation process is consolidated. Although it will depend on the intensity and type of activity you perform with your STARFEET, it is expected that within 4 to 6 weeks you will begin to notice the effects.
